William [Bill] McCormick – Chairman, Board of Directors

Bill has BS in Physics from Yale University and an MS in Nuclear Engineering.

From 1996 to 2001, Bill was the Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board of Inverness Management, a Connecticut based private investment fund, and from 1990 to 1995 was CEO of Penn Corp Financial Group. From 1975 to 1989 Bill held senior executive positions with American Express, including Chairman and CEO of Fireman's Fund Insurance Companies, EVP of American Express Company, President of American Express Card, President of Travel Related Services, and COO of American Express International Bank. Bill previously was an investment banker with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company after serving five years in the USN Naval Reactors Program under Vice Admiral Hyman Rickover.


Guy DiFonzo – Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board of Directors

Guy has a BBA in Accounting and has completed various graduate courses in Corporate Finance.

From 1992 to 2001, Guy was president of GMS Corp an application Transition Management Consulting Company as a business partner with Dun & Bradstreet and Oracle with their related business applications. From 1986 to 1992, Guy was VP of Consulting Services for ISI Corp, a turnkey application service bureau for enterprise wide D&B business applications. Guy has also held various positions as Director of Business Systems for Reichhold Chemicals Corp, CFO for Information Systems Inc. a division of Exxon Enterprises and overseas Controller for General Instrument of Taiwan Ltd., Semiconductor Division.


Richard S. Braddock – Member of the Board of Directors

Richard has graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a degree in history. He received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

He began his business career in 1965 spending a number of years in product management at General Foods. He joined Citicorp in 1973 and held a variety of jobs both domestically and abroad. He was elected to the board of directors of Citicorp in 1985 and was elected president and chief operating officer of Citicorp and its principal subsidiary, Citibank, N.A. in January, 1990. Richard resigned from Citicorp in November, 1992, and subsequently served as chief executive officer of Medco Containment Services, Inc. until its acquisition by Merck & Co., Inc., and then spent a year as a principal at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. He served as Chairman (non-executive) of True North Communications Inc. from December, 1997 to January of 1999. He served as Chairman and CEO of priceline.com from August of 1998 to April 2004. He joined MidOcean Partners as Chairman in April of 2003 and serves on the board of directors of Cadbury Schweppes, Eastman Kodak Company, Fresh Direct, Holdings, Inc., Marriott International, Inc., MphasiS-BFL Limited, MarketRx Inc., Lenox Hill Hospital, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.


Hugh M. Eaton III – Member of the Board of Directors

Hugh was graduated from Yale University as an Industrial Engineer and from the Harvard Business School.

He began his career in 1964 with the Chemstrand division of Monsanto located in Luxembourg. In 1970 he joined the U.S. subsidiary of the English Merchant Bank, Robert Fleming and Company in New York as a senior Vice President and Director. In 1976 he joined Dillon Read and Company in New York as a Senior Vice President responsible for equity sales and marketing. Hugh left in 1981 to set up his own investment advisory firm, HME International Advisors. In 1986 he set up a registered investment management company, Cursitor-Eaton Asset Management, which managed, at it's height, $11 billon in global asset allocation portfolios for wealthy families, non profit institutions, pension funds and foreign government agencies. In 1996 Hugh sold his firm to Alliance Capital Management Co. and retired. He remains actively involved as a private investor.
